Reject the very first training course of blocks with a broom to get rid of any particles. The blocks must be staggered, so you'll need to reduce the end blocks of each even-numbered training course in half. For example, the 2nd and fourth courses need to have half end blocks, while the first and 3rd programs must have complete end blocks. Facility the first course of blocks in the center of the trench. Tamp the base with your meddle to make sure it's evenly compacted.
